Q: What is the best way to care for the knives?
A: Simply wash them with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher, with the blades facing down, and make sure to completely dry them before storing.
Q: What kind of guarantee do you offer on your products?
A: Twin Towers Trading Ltd. guarantees all products for a replacement. If our products should ever become damaged or not work properly, even if this is your fault we will send you a replacement absolutely free. Simply send the product and your return details along with a cheque for £4.00 to cover the return postage and packaging and your replacement will be sent out by return. Please allow 7 working days to receive your replacement although it is likely to arrive with you sooner. Q: The Post Office are not allowing me to return my Knife through the post. What can I do about this?
A: We are aware that on occasions Post Office staff are misinformed on this issue. Please visit http://www.postoffice.co.uk/prohibited-goods-uk#restricted for the guidelines that they have issued with regard to restricted items which includes sharp objects. Providing the item is securely packaged it is fine to send them through the post but if you have any further issues please contact us at our Head Office.
Q: I have an item missing from my order, how can I resolve this issue?
A: Please contact us at our Head Office and a member of our team will help you with this issue.
Q: I would like a refund. What do I need to do?
A: If a product is purchased in store you will be able to return the item within 28 days but you must have the receipt. If a product is purchased online, you must return the entire set to our Head Office, once we receive the item you will be issued with a refund for the full amount (excluding Postage). If you have any further queries regarding Refunds please contact us.
Q: Can I return an item to store for replacement under the Lifetime Guarantee.
A: The store you purchased from is unlikely to have our stock available. It would be best if you contact us regarding the matter. If you happen to see a representative demonstrating our product then they will be happy to assist you further, but please do not interrupt them during a demo. Thank you
Q: Can I return the entire set for a replacement under the Lifetime Guarantee?
A: Yes, you can return as many items as you wish. As long as they are our product we will replace everything you return to us.
